kotorikotoriko: 絶対に無理しない。 本当になにもしないとさらに気持が落ち込むから、一日にひとつだけ生産的なことをする。 床に落ちてるティーシャツを拾うとか、そういうので十分。 それをした自分は偉いと思い込むとより良い。
